Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Department provides services for water, sewer, garbage as well as renting residential garbage containers.

Bills are mailed on the second to last working day of the month. Please note that currently the City does not accept credit or debit cards as a form of payment. Please pay by check, cash or money order or automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account. For your convenience a drop box is located in the alley south of our building at 102 3rd Avenue SE, Jamestown.

Current Water Rates

• Business: $19.70 for the first 400 Cubic Feet of water used per month, plus $2.40/100 CF for all water used in excess of 400 CF.

• Residential: $19.70 for the first 400 Cubic Feet of water used per month, plus $2.40/100 CF for all water used in excess of 400 CF.

• Multiple Residential: $9.85 per living unit for the first 200 Cubic Feet of water used per living unit per month, plus $2.40/100 CF for all water used in excess of 200 CF per living unit.

• Mobile Home Courts: $9.85 per living unit for the first 200 Cubic Feet of water used per living unit per month, plus $2.40/100 CF for all water used in excess of 200 CF per living unit.

Current Wastewater Rates

• Business/Commercial: $5.44 flat rate per month plus $1.52 per 100 Cubic Feet of water used per month.

• Residential: $5.44 flat rate per month plus $1.52 per 100 Cubic Feet of water used to a maximum of 1,200 CF per month.

• Multiple Residential: $2.72 flat rate per living unit per month plus $1.52 per 100 Cubic Feet of water used per month.

• Mobile Home Courts: $2.72 flat rate per living unit per month plus $1.52 per 100 Cubic Feet of water used per month.

Garbage Collection/Disposal Rates

• Multi-Residential: $10.30 per month per unit

• Residential: $11.30 per month

• Mobile Home Courts: $10.70 per month per unit
